We’re seeking an experienced Support Worker with PBS knowledge and experience supporting people with behaviours that challenge. A full UK driving license is essential.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Welcome to our home, it's a warm place, and we are 12 amazing individuals aged between 23–75. We’re all unique, and we each receive 1:1 support from a well‑trained, flexible team who focus on independence, communication, safeguarding, and person‑centred care.
Family is very important to us, and we love building relationships and staying connected. We enjoy spending time together in our big garden, laughing, socialising, and getting involved in the community.
We love good food, BBQs, parties, clothes shopping, movie nights, pamper days, animals, and meeting new people. Snowball fights and water fights are amongst our favourites too!
In addition we hope you will like:- horse-riding, trampolining, swimming, long walks and going to the disco, you're a team player and engage well with our family members.
With great access to public transport and staff who can drive, we enjoy getting out and about, therefore a driver with a full UK driving license is preferred.
