We’re working with a welcoming school in Sheffield who are looking for a brilliant Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the classroom and help learning days run smoothly. It’s a friendly setting with supportive staff, well-structured routines, and children who’ll keep you on your toes in the best way.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting pupils in class, either 1:1 or in small groups
* Helping children stay engaged, confident, and happy in their learning
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
* Being that calm, steady presence when the day gets a bit busy
What we’re looking for
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based is great, but not essential)
* A positive, patient, can-do attitude
* Confidence supporting learning and behaviour
* SEND experience is a bonus, but not a must

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
