About the CompanyA well-established business based in Loughborough, offering a permanent role within a skilled fabrication team across both day and night shifts.
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator Nights to join either the day shift or night-shift team. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing MIG welding and fabricating structural components. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate and a strong benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
* Perform MIG welding and fabricate structural components
* Utilise hand tools and machinery to cut, bend and assemble metal components
* Perform quality control checks
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute fabrication projects
* Operate welding equipment and machinery to fabricate components
* Contribute to a culture of safety, diversity and inclusion
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
About You
* Apprentice trained or proven experience as a Fabricator Welder
* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
* Able to operate a variety of hand tools and welding equipment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Valid certification in welding techniques is an advantage
