Overview
Are you a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer in or around the Milton Keynes area, looking for an exciting opportunity in the facilities management sector? We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies.
Responsibilities
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
* Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Provide technical support and expertise across multiple sites.
* Liaise with customers to deliver outstanding service.
* Support and mentor apprentices and junior engineers.
* Travel between client sites as required (field-based role).
* On-call duty required (1 in 4 weeks).
Qualifications & Requirements
* Essential: 18th Edition.
* Desirable: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented.
* Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred).
* Valid UK driving licence (essential).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* IT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectively.

* Salary: £35,834 or £41,210 (depending on experience).
* Full door-to-door pay.
* Up to 4% bonus.
* All overtime paid at time-and-a-half.
