What You’ll Be Doing
* Full 360 recruitment - warm desk in all sectors and seeking someone to launch Robotics.
* Owning client relationships (retained & contingent)
* Candidate-led approach with high-quality, targeted outreach
* Leveraging AI tools (e.g. workflow automation, intelligent sourcing)
* Building a specialist vertical in a high-demand US market
