What you’ll get from us
We keep things straightforward.
You’ll have a dedicated consultant who knows what they’re doing and actually picks up the phone. We’ll agree your pay upfront, check in regularly, and be there if you need support.
What we’re looking for
* Someone reliable, positive, and confident in the classroom
* Good behaviour management
* Flexible and open to different school settings
* Genuine interest in supporting students
You’ll also need:
* Two references
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to get one)
* Right to work in the UK
Great to have (but not essential)
* QTS / ECT
* Experience in UK secondary schools
* Driving licence
