Crewing administrator

The Crewing Administrator is the first point of contact for all administration crewing related queries. The Administrator will provide timely and accurate administrative support to the busy crewing operations team including maintaining employee CV's, IMS record creation, managing crewing documents and updating internal databases to ensure data is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• To administer crewing starter / leaver processes including documentation, IMS access

• To maintain and update electronic record system where applicable

• To provide general administration support to the Operations department as required including filing, telephone answering, scanning, photocopying and emails

• To provide administrative support to the crewing process including
o Documentation collation and updating

• To assist in the required pre-employment checks, updating and discussing with Operations Team

• To ensure all new joiner paperwork is completed for ROVOP teams

• To maintain appropriate confidentiality of information relating to the company and its staff and maintain compliance with GDPR

• Cross train with other relevant Team Members to provide cover during any absence

• Any other duties as required.

About You
You should have previous working experience in a similar role within an administrative environment. Additionally, you should have experience of contributing to a team and the ability to prioritise responsibilities and achieve deadlines.

You must be PC literate with proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Knowledge of training & competence requirements for the Oil & Gas and Renewables sectors would be advantageous, but not essential.

communicator, with the ability to remain positive and focus on delivery, as well as being methodical, well
organised and efficient in the role.
