We are delivering a major, multi‑year transformation that will transition outsourced administration and servicing back into Royal London, bringing critical operations, data, people, and technology in‑house. The programme will deliver the transfer of colleagues and operational capability, the migration of policies to our Royal London strategic target platforms, and the transition of other platforms, supporting technologies including telephony, workflow and CRM solutions. We're looking for candidates with proven experience in large‑scale transitions or complex change environments—candidates who can navigate operational, technical and people‑centric change to ensure a smooth, well‑governed and high‑quality transition.
As an Analysis Lead, you will take ownership for shaping the bigger picture through to delivering detailed business designs, processes and functionality that support the business needs to the agreed time-scales and quality.

About the role
1. Lead analysis on large and/or complex change initiatives
2. Support analysts you are working with, providing direction and guidance on analysis approach and outputs
3. Competent in Data Analysis
4. Proficient in planning analysis for your project, tracking this and re-planning when needed
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
6. Ability to work across multiple pieces of work at any given time
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement appropriate and effective solutions
8. Create detailed documentation across all analysis outputs including project plans, scope, business requirements, process maps, options papers etc to a high standard
About you
9. Advanced in analytical and problem solving skills
10. Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards
11. Proficient understanding of business structure and key business principles
12. Proficient interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships
13. Strong ability to manage own workload and support colleagues
14. In depth knowledge and understanding of your specialism (where appropriate)
15. A self starter with a strong delivery focus, comfortable working in fast paced environments
16. Experience in the Finance Sector is an advantage
17. Excellent data skills is an advantage (possibly SQL, Power BI)
18. Well established tool kit including, workshop facilitation, Requirements gathering, process modelling, gap analysis current and to be state analysis, data modelling and analysis.
19. Migrations experience is an advantage
