Field Sales Executive – Hospitality & Leisure Sector\nLocation: Hertfordshire (Field-Based with Monthly Visit to HQ near Bristol)\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent\nSalary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus, Car Allowance, Laptop & Mobile Phone\nSector: Food & Drink | Hospitality Procurement | B2B Sales\nWe’re hiring for a Field Sales Executive to join a commercially focused, customer-centric business supplying pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure venues with a wide range of food and drink products.\nThis role is perfect for someone with strong B2B field sales experience, ideally within food, drink, or hospitality supply. You’ll be responsible for managing your own territory, securing new business, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.\nKey Responsibilities\n * \n Drive new business across a defined territory within the hospitality and leisure sector\n * \n Manage relationships with existing clients and increase their category spend\n * \n Represent an extensive portfolio of supplier partners in food and drink\n * \n Work closely with internal procurement and customer service teams to support client needs\n * \n Attend monthly team meetings at the company’s headquarters near Bristol\n * \n Maintain accurate records through internal CRM systems\nWhat We’re Looking For\n * \n Proven experience in field sales, ideally within foodservice, drinks distribution, or hospitality supply\n * \n Strong communication and relationship-building skills\n * \n Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised\n * \n A good understanding of the hospitality, catering, or licensed trade industries\n * \n Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools\n * \n Full UK driving licence\nWhat’s in It for You\n * \n £30,000–£35,000 basic salary depending on experience\n * \n Uncapped bonus scheme\n * \n Car allowance, laptop, and iPhone\n * \n 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy extra)\n * \n Additional holidays for length of service\n * \n Full training and clear progression opportunities\n * \n Company pension and regular team socials\nIf you’re looking to take ownership of your patch, work with market-leading suppliers, and build a long-term career in field sales — we’d love to hear from you
