Overview
As a Deputy Home Manager, youll be making sure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This means providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service thats unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

About You
HC-One is looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. Background in person-centred care planning within a care home. You should have brilliant, positive energy, be able to get along with people, be a great mentor, manage time effectively, keep meaningful records, and communicate with residents and co‑workers with consideration and kindness.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do if concerns arise, attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role, and undertake additional training. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.

* Essential: Valid NMC pin
* Desirable: Experience in care home settings and person-centred care planning
