The Role
You’ll be the brand’sdedicated social expert, taking full ownership of their social strategy and bringing it to life with content that makes people stop scrolling and start engaging.
You’ll:
* Shape thesocial content strategy
* Create content that’son-brand, on-trend, and always engaging
* Own and growcommunity engagement, bringing warmth, personality and a human voice to the brand
* Runpaid social campaigns, using insight and instinct to drive performance
* Work with in-house creatives and wider marketing to align messaging, campaigns and culture
* Have space toexperiment, test and lead— this is your playground

About You
You’re already managing social channels, maybe at an agency or in-house with a consumer brand — and you’re ready tostep into a role you can really own.
You might have food and drink or hospitality experience, or just be a full-on foodie who loves to discover the next big thing.
What you’ll need:
* Experience running social accounts for a lifestyle, food, drink, or culture-focused brand
* Sharp instincts for whatworkson social – you understand the difference between content andcontent that connects
* Confidence with both organic and paid – and the curiosity to always look for what’s next
* Natural storytelling skills – words, visuals, trends, tone
* A collaborative mindset – but happy to run with your own ideas too
* Hybrid working– 3 days in the office
