Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong civil engineering background to step into a key strategic role within our team.

As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial ownership across a diverse range of civil engineering works, managing all commercial aspects throughout the project lifecycle, from early estimating and tendering through to contract management, cost control, and final accounts. You’ll bring precision, quality, and strong commercial instincts to every stage of the project, while building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

This is a full-time, staff role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working from our offices in Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, with regular site visits, so a full driving licence is essential.
