We need an Assistant General Manager who can run day-to-day operations with discipline, precision, and accountability. What You'll Own:
• Daily operations
• Rotas and staffing
• Health & Safety processes
• Housekeeping standards
• Supplier coordination
• Wellyx management
• Staff performance on reception
• Weekly operational reporting
• Ensuring the club runs to a consistent standard every single day
We're Looking For:
• At least 2 years in an ops/managerial role
• Exceptionally organised
• Strong communicator
• High personal accountability
• Comfortable handling pressure and deadlines
