What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading technical delivery across multiple civil engineering schemes
* Overseeing quality of drawings, reports and technical submissions
* Coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and managing client relationships
* Mentoring and developing junior engineers
* Driving collaboration, standards and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Chartered Civil Engineer
* Strong background in infrastructure design
* Confident user of Civil 3D and drainage design tools
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
* Commercially aware and confident communicating with clients
