This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer or an experienced fee-earning conveyancing paralegal who is looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice with a strong regional presence. The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including: Buying and selling residential property Residential leases, including lease extensions Remortgaging Equity release Transfers of equity The role offers a good level of autonomy, with the support of an experienced team and established systems in place.
