Your Role As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead warehouse operations, ensuring smooth functionality, safety, and productivity. Fluency in Chinese is mandatory to facilitate communication with teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and guide warehouse teams to meet daily operational goals effectively.
* Manage inventory processes, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Implement and enforce safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
* Collaborate with Chinese-speaking teams and translate key communications when required.
* Analyze operational metrics and propose improvements to optimize workflows and productivity.
* Maintain clear and accurate inventory records for seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, including a leadership role.
* Mandatory fluency in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and operational reporting tools.
* Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is required for this role
