As a Host with ISS UK, you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients. The Role
* Create a positive experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
* Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your guests queries about site and operations
* Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities
* Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues
* Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
* Emanate a positive energy during tours being an advocate the business by sharing your knowledge of the site’s workspaces, facilities and general culture
About You
* You have fantastic customer service skills and you’re ready to take it to the next level
* You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
* You’re a team player but can confidently work independently
* You consider others and have the drive to help wherever you can
* Have experience working with relevant systems (e.g., MS Office)
