The role We are looking to hire analysts to provide Level 2 technical support for the PRIIP Cloud product team and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be servicing and managing the technical requests of Tier 1 banks. You will facilitate the production of Key Information Documents (pre-commercialization regulatory documents) for exotic and unprecedented trades. This may be by augmentation of an existing XML (a proprietary data structure representing the detailed mechanisms of Structured Products), extending the development of our in-house applications (user interfaces and agentic AI models), or by manually adjusting precedent documents in a word processor to capture a novel product’s terms. You will also be responsible for answering queries regarding the content of such documents, including explanation related to risk metrics, analytics performances generated by our in-house quant engine and costs-composition, in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Furthermore, you will play an essential role in further integrating our clients into our systems and your exposure to cutting edge developments in the industry will be a key factor in driving the operational direction of our product’s development. You will be joining an ecosystem of multiple teams consisting of software developers, quantitative analysts, regulatory and legal analysts, and linguists. You will be expected to work collaboratively with these teams and develop a deep technical understanding of all aspects of these functions, such that you can produce and explain the contents of these documents to front office stakeholders and their clients. Due to the competitive nature of the industry, these requests will be subject to tight deadlines and turnaround times. As such, speed, accuracy and precision are imperative, as is your ability to optimize your workflow and use tools available to you (such as our in-house AI tools, and scripts). What we’re looking for The role exists in the intersect between financial expertise, programming literacy, and client relationship management. As such we seek strength in at least one of these areas with an interest in learning the complementary skills through on-the-job experience. The ideal candidate would fulfil several of the following skillsets: Strong industry knowledge Minimum 1 year experience of Structured Products (mandatory) Interest in tech and coding Excellent ability to provide customer-facing technical support Excellent knowledge of technical operations in a software environment Desired Skills Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, business needs, and client requirements. Willingness to embrace new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
