The successful candidate will: Build warm, positive relationships with 3/4-year-old children, supporting them to feel safe, secure, and confident in the school environment. Assist with the delivery of high-quality early years learning through play-based activities, both indoors and outdoors. Work effectively as part of the early years team, following guidance from the class teacher and contributing ideas to enrich provision.
