Contracts Manager - North Yorkshire (Hybrid/Flexible Working £45k - £60k plus package We're working with a growing and highly specialist contractor based in North Yorkshire who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to support continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, agile business delivering specialist internal construction & fit-out works for well-known clients including major hospitality brands, alongside occasional larger-scale NHS projects. The Role This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with real ownership. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including: Following up leads and supporting work-winning activity Taking off drawings and producing estimates Managing relationships with main contractors and clients Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and project delivery Visiting site (typically once per week on larger projects) to ensure quality and progress Projects are typically fast-paced, with a high volume of smaller works (£3k-£5k), alongside more substantial contracts reaching up to £350k. Annual turnover currently sits at circa £1.2m, offering a varied and engaging workload.
