This position offers flexible work with a top London event company, primarily Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with evening functions and some weekend events.
The salary ranges from £17.00 to £19.00 per hour (£19.05 to £21.29 inclusive of holiday).
Responsibilities
* Volume event preparation such as canapés and plated dinners, as well as plating and garnishing at function locations.
Qualifications
* Experience required includes being at least a Pastry Chef De Partie level with fine dining skills.
* Certification in Level 2 Food Safety, Health and Safety, and Allergen Training is mandatory.
Requirements
* Candidates must provide their own chef whites, hat, apron, knives, and safety shoes, and have the right to work in the UK.
