The Hire Controller based in the depot plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, coordinating with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, the role is desk-based, working closely with other departments, stock teams, drivers, and engineers to minimize delays and ensure equipment availability.

* Previous experience in the hire industry or a similar sales or operational role
