Fire & Security – Admin Assistant Location: Office-based in Upminster, Essex Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 p.a. They are currently looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant to support their Fire & Security division. The Role This is a vital office-based role supporting the operational and administrative functions of the fire and security team. The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and confidence using software systems and spreadsheets. Key Responsibilities * Planning and scheduling service and maintenance works * Raising purchase orders and processing equipment orders * Organising and coordinating site equipment and logistics * Updating and maintaining spreadsheet trackers * Verifying invoices and checking for accuracy * Communicating with customers and ensuring smooth coordination of works Experience & Skills Required * Experience in a similar administrative or service coordination role * Familiarity with software-based systems (e.g. Simpro ideal, but not essential) * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel * Excellent co...
