Customer service Administrator
Based in Tamworth
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am-4.00pm
Pay-rate: £10.42 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and via email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
* Dealing with customer orders, delivery issues and order tracking, ensuring that notes are logged onto in house systems.
* Sending out invoices, statements, and order acknowledgements to all customers.
* Taking, processing, and placing customer orders over the phone, and via emails.
* General administration duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an office-based customer service or administrative role is required.
* The ability to prioritise workloads to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
* Previous experience and knowledge into sales order processing.
* Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and via emails.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-based environment.
