A well established and growing organisation based in North Liverpool, are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their small, dynamic and friendly team. This is a temporary role, with a possibility of a permanent contract. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Liaising between customers and in house engineers
2. Dealing with queries
3. Updating engineer trackers
4. Logging jobs on to the bespoke database
5. Scheduling out engineers to jobs
6. Working to SLA’s
7. Raising purchase orders
The successful candidate will have previous maintenance planning, scheduling or help desk experience, possess an excellent telephone manner and be able to work well within a team and build strong working relationships.
