Job Opportunity: Sous Chef at The Relais Cooden Beach
Are you passionate about food and eager to develop your career? We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at The Relais Cooden Beach, working alongside our inspiring Head Chef.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at the Senior CDP or Sous Chef level, with enthusiasm for working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating bespoke menus. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills across casual, fine dining, and event catering.

* Salary up to £40,000 per annum plus service charge

* Follow Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures
