Provide exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle servicing process, ensuring a positive experience for clients
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, liaising with technicians and management to relay customer requirements and vehicle updates
Manage workshop bookings, coordinate schedules, and monitor vehicle progress to meet deadlines
Handle customer enquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently
Accurately process payments, prepare invoices for services and parts, and ensure documentation is complete
Maintain clear communication with customers to promote satisfaction and long-term retention
Support the smooth operation of all service-related activities and contribute to team goalsRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, ideally at a senior or equivalent level
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a professional demeanour
Strong customer service ethos and a positive, proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively within a team and as the main point of contact for clients
Knowledge of automotive workshop processes, including booking systems and invoicing
