40 hours per week Monday-Friday Competitive Salary Location: Home Based- (please note that travel will be necessary throughout the UK) Sodexo rewards and benefits Job Introduction We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially aware Performance & Insights Manager to lead reporting, analytics and management information across the HMRC West contract, supporting service delivery to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). This role is central to delivering clear, accurate and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, operational improvement and contract performance excellence. The Performance & Insights Manager is responsible for overseeing the production, accuracy and timely delivery of operational, financial and performance reporting across the contract. You will act as the central point for: Management Information (MI) governance Performance reporting and analytics Data integrity and quality assurance KPI and SLA performance visibility Continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes Working closely with operational, finance, commercial and compliance teams, you will ensure reporting frameworks align with contractual requirements and provide meaningful insight to senior leadership. What you’ll do: Develop, maintain and continuously improve reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPI tracking tools. Extract, clean and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Produce management information (MI), including dashboards, performance packs and executive reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles. Analyse trends and performance metrics, highlighting risks, underperformance and opportunities. Collaborate with operational, finance, commercial and compliance teams to align reporting with business needs. Lead reporting process improvements through automation, standardisation and efficiency initiatives. Create clear visualisations, summaries and narrative insights for senior leadership. Ensure reporting aligns with HMRC and Sodexo governance, audit and data protection standards. Provide guidance and support on reporting tools, data standards and best practices. What you bring: Proven experience producing operational, financial and performance reporting within complex service environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and deliver actionable insight. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience reporting to senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and deadlines simultaneously. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally. Strong understanding of KPI management, performance monitoring and MI frameworks. Desirable Experience within Facilities Management or public sector contracts. Experience with CAFM systems and asset performance reporting. Familiarity with financial reporting, cost tracking and commercial analysis.
