TSR Legal is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established law firm with deep rural roots, as they seek a Senior Associate / Legal Director to join their highly regarded Lifetime Planning & Agriculture team in Gloucester.
As a key member of the team, you will advise a broad client base of high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, and farming businesses on:
* Agricultural property transactions (sales, purchases, tenancies, and rights over land)
* Estate and succession planning
* Trusts, wills, and inheritance tax advice
* Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and Farm Business Tenancies
* Asset protection and rural business structuring
This is a visible and rewarding role offering significant client contact, suited to a Solicitor with a passion for the rural sector and long-term client relationships.
About You
* A minimum of 7 years’ PQE in private client, agricultural, or rural property law
* A solid understanding of rural land and farming businesses
* Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, landowners, and business clients
* Strong interpersonal and client care skills
* Supervise the drafting and negotiation of legal documents and correspondence
* Sound commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
* Lead and manage high-value, complex matters
* A down-to-earth and professional approach that resonates with a rural client base
