3. Provide administrative support to senior team members, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
4. Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate schedules effectively.
5. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a professional approach.
6. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy access and reference.
7. Prepare reports and presentations as required by senior staff.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of team events or client meetings.
9. Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and liaise with suppliers as needed.
10. Perform other ad hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA should have:
11. Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within the property industry.
12. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
15. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
16. A professional and approachable demeanour when interacting with team members and clients.
What's on Offer
17. Competitive hourly rate of approximately £14.40-£17.60 per hour.
18. Contract is 2-3 months, this is a newly created role due to a continued amount of growth in the business
19. Flexible working hours: Monday to Wednesday (10:00-15:30) and Thursday (10:00-15:00).
