Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Spa Therapist at the luxurious Hartwell House Hotel and Spa in Buckinghamshire. The role involves providing exceptional spa treatments working with premium brands such as 111SKIN, GAIA and Jessica, ensuring guests have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Responsibilities include administering a variety of treatments such as facials, pedicures, and other therapeutic spa services, maintaining a clean and tranquil spa environment, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Spa Treatments, such as facials and therapeutic services
* Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience
* Prior experience in spa or luxury hospitality services is a plus
* Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests
