Responsibilities
* Work closely with business teams to understand challenges and opportunities.
* Translate business requirements into practical, innovative solutions that improve processes and customer experience.
* Shape requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, support UX enhancements, validate solutions and participate in all steps of the journey.
* Manage requirements from discovery through to delivery; prioritise, trace and communicate them clearly.
Qualifications
* Solid grasp of business analysis techniques.
* Experience working in project teams, ideally within complex environments such as retail or healthcare.
* Strong communication skills and ability to discuss business and technical matters fluently.
* Proficiency in SQL to analyse large data sets, document data mapping and transformation rules, and spot data trends.
* Proactive, curious mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills: building trust, managing expectations and keeping teams aligned.
