About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervise the electrical engineering team to ensure a safe and profitable delivery
* Complete technical & safety visits with OCS Engineers to ensure that the contracts remain compliant
* Assist in attending monthly meetings to provide reports to the site-based Contract Engineering Manager
* Support the welfare and performance of the engineering team
* Work on areas covering when other staff are not available
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical services division within OCS
* Assist the Technical Manager in improving the process and service delivery on the contract
You should meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience of managing / team leading or supervising small works projects
* Strong communication skills
* Reliable, efficient, helpful and professional at all times
* HNC in engineer discipline
* Experience within Electrical bias
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
* Experience at a supervisor level within a similar role
* Right to work in the UK
