About this Role
Are you an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with a solid background in UK practice? If you’re ready to apply your experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused finance team, this FP&A Manager opportunity could be your next step. Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes, this is a high-impact role supporting Group-level reporting, long-term planning, and data-driven decision making as we continue our journey under new ownership.
As our FP&A Manager, you’ll help shape the financial future of Dawsongroup by contributing to budget cycles, financial modelling and reporting processes that span across the UK and international operations.
* Support the creation of long-term financial models and forecasting frameworks.
* Produce and enhance Group Board Pack reporting and financial insight.
* Work across all business units to validate and align budget assumptions.
* Collaborate with IT and data teams to evolve PowerBI reporting infrastructure.
* Contribute to a stronger, standardised FP&A function under the direction of the Group Head of FP&A
About You
We’re looking for a sharp, analytical thinker who thrives on solving financial challenges and partnering with senior stakeholders. You’ll be confident working with large data sets and have the curiosity to dig into the story behind the numbers.
* ACA or ACCA qualified, with a foundation built in UK practice.
* Comfortable working with Excel to an advanced level (SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables)
* Experienced in budgeting, forecasting or modelling in either practice or industry.
* Clear communicator with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insight.
* Happy to travel occasionally and attend our Milton Keynes HQ regularly for collaboration.
