Performance Marketing Manager – Digital Food Brand
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000
Location: London (Hybrid Working – 2–3 Days in Office)

Now scaling its in-house growth team, the brand is investing in performance marketing as a core engine of customer acquisition and engagement across key markets.
The Opportunity
This role will take full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels. The Performance Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with product, creative, data, and finance teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and scale both web and app growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels
* Own day-to-day channel management including creative requests, testing plans, budget pacing, and campaign reporting
* Drive app and web acquisition using tools such as Appsflyer, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads
* Implement a structured testing framework for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CPA and LTV
* Collaborate with creative teams to brief assets, share insights, and drive continuous improvement
* Analyse performance across channels and deliver actionable reporting, forecasts, and recommendations
* Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, attribution methodologies, and new channel opportunities
* Identify and recommend tools, processes, or platforms to improve marketing performance and scalability
Your Profile
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
* Strong understanding of paid social and paid search campaign management for web and app products
* Proven ability to scale acquisition campaigns across multiple geographies, particularly the UK and US
* Experience with tools such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Appsflyer, and Apple Search Ads
* Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BigQuery experience is a bonus
* Skilled at briefing and collaborating with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
