Vice President Solutions – SAP Transformation Delivery
Location: Derby or London (Hybrid – minimum 3 days on site). Employment type: Full Time.
This Senior Leadership and Delivery Role reports to the SVP Enterprise Solutions. You will be an active member of the Digital & IT (D&IT) Senior Leadership Team within Enterprise Solutions, contributing positively to collective goals and recognising the importance of collaboration.
What You Will Be Doing
Agree delivery plans to support business goals, lead your team and oversee performance within targets.
Execute the Discovery phases for the S/4 HANA transformation, manage alongside inflight projects/programmes and meet 2026 objectives.
Provide governance and oversight for all projects and programs within the SAP Transformation Roadmap.
Serve as supplier and advisor, ensuring alignment with Digital & IT Enterprise Solutions Delivery towers for a joined-up delivery strategy.
Create, lead and build a sustainable, high performing team to execute the agreed plans.
Provide portfolio level oversight for finance and supplier performance.
Ensure Project Managers execute effectively and provide accurate data for PPMO.
Uphold and enforce risk and issue processes.
Build and nurture a strategic 3rd-party ecosystem to deliver top-tier capability.
Govern the SAP Transformation domain program of work.
Lead, measure and oversee your team's activities, supporting development of people, process and practice for continuous improvement.
Provide governance framework for reporting and portfolio oversight.
Work closely with the 3rd party ecosystem to ensure best value spend and value.
Actively develop and execute the D&IT strategy.
Preferred Requirements
Extensive Project, Program and Portfolio delivery experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
10+ years of SAP Delivery experience, having led full end-to-end SAP Transformation programmes.
Deep understanding of tools and techniques for effective program, resource and risk management.
Technical background in the SAP Transformation domain and enterprise applications.
Strong influencing, analytical and communication skills across the organisation.
Commercially astute, able to interface confidently with finance business partners.
Accomplished leader with a track record of complex delivery in dynamic environments.
Problem solver, self-reliant, capable of making decisions.
Collaborative, forging relationships with peers, stakeholders and 3rd-party ecosystem.
Proven people leader and builder of high-performing teams.
Performance-focused, continuously striving to improve.
