JOB OPPORTUNITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR Reporting to: Operations Manager Location/Base: South Luffenham, based in the office Salary:35-41k Hours: Mon - Fri, between 8.30-5.30 (8.30-5 or 9-5.30 - has to be flexible) ROLE PURPOSE & SCOPE We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy operational environment. This key role is responsible for the scheduling, coordination and supervision of drivers, production, warehouse and workshop teams, as well as contractors, crew and agency staff. You will ensure the efficient planning and delivery of internal and external operations, maintaining high service standards while responding effectively to changing priorities.
