The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, a good communicator, passionate and positive. Job Summary: Within the Hub (Howard House) you will work holistically and collaboratively, developing the services’ multi-agency approach and supporting residents to progress through the stages of the Isle of Wight Homelessness Pathway. Key Responsibilities: The role of Assistant Support Worker is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. As a motivated and dynamic Assistant Support Worker you will be assisting with the delivery of a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control, enabling residents to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead fulfilling lives. You will complete day to day activities including administration tasks, dealing with queries both face to face and over the phone and support the successful operation of the Hub.
