About The Role

Are you ready to join a company that truly values its people and recognizes their contributions? Due to ongoing expansion and increasing demands, we’re seeking a Workday Business Analyst to thrive in a dynamic operational environment. Proven experience working with Workday is essential.

As a Workday Business Analyst, you will act as a consultative liaison between cross-functional HR teams, define and document business requirements for system enhancements and projects, and oversee the implementation of solutions within the Workday system.

Key duties include:

1. Must have Workday experience
2. Collaborate with HR teams across Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations, and the broader business to understand strategies, processes, and services, aiming to optimize Workday system performance and success.
3. Gather requirements from HR through interviews to understand current processes and desired outcomes.
4. Understand and communicate Workday system touchpoints, configuration, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
5. Partner with HR and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
6. Develop comprehensive business requirements to set up technical teams for success.
7. Coordinate with HRIS, HR teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of Workday system changes.
8. Perform testing and validation before user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.

This is a hybrid working role.

To succeed as a Workday Business Analyst, you should have:

* Previous experience as a Business Analyst
* Experience working across all sections of Workday
* Proficiency in various Business Analysis techniques
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
* Experience working with global teams is desirable
* Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and business intelligence skills
