What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making high-volume outbound sales calls
* Driving new business and uncovering opportunities
* Engaging with potential clients over the phone to build rapport and close opportunities
* Working to targets with a self-motivated, can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
* Contributing to a positive team culture that celebrates success
* Managing your pipeline and using your experience to spot and convert strong leads
* Identify opportunities and create new sales leads to meet revenue targets
* Achieve personal KPI’s
* Negotiate terms of business and ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.
* Follow CRM processes to maintain accurate records of business development activity
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in telesales or outbound calling is a must
* Proven ability to sell and you know how to close
* Comfortable working at pace and smashing targets
* Confident, enthusiastic and commercially aware
* Resilience, motivation, and a drive to exceed targets
* A team player who enjoys being part of a lively, collaborative environment
