The Role
Reporting to an experienced HR Business partner, You’ll play a vital role in supporting strategic people initiatives, from system automation to workforce planning whilst offering daily HR support on employee relations and provide HR operations support to the business whilst it continues to go through an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Support Change Initiatives: Contribute to organisational redesign, cultural change, and transformation projects.
2. Streamline HR Systems: Assist in implementing new HR systems and automating core processes.
3. Review T&Cs: Help develop and roll out updated terms and conditions aligned to best practice.
4. ER Casework: Manage employee relations matters (e.g. investigations, grievances, disciplinaries) with the support of an experienced HR team.
