Administration Team Leader – Endoscopy Services Bicester & Witney | Full-Time (4 Days/Week) | Flexible Weekend Cover (Shared Fairly Across Team) Are you a confident and motivated leader with a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support in a healthcare setting? We’re looking for an Administration Team Leader to join our Endoscopy services across Bicester and Witney. This is a full-time role (4 days per week), offering flexibility and autonomy to manage your own diary across both sites. Weekend cover may be required, but will be managed fairly across the team. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and manage the administration team, ensuring performance, development, and engagement. Work closely with the Lead Nurse and Regional Operations Manager to support reporting and service delivery. Implement and maintain standardised administrative processes across both sites. Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn’t apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.
