Candidate Profile
As a Spa Therapist, you should be confident in massage and beauty treatments, delivered to Lanesborough standard whilst offering each and every guest a personalised, bespoke experience at The Lanesborough Club and Spa. Ila and La Prairie are our luxurious, high‑end products, you will be trained on these brands from the various treatments to retail opportunities to maximise revenue.
Key Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred
* Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
* Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
* Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management
* Immaculate grooming standards
* Show drive for Excellent Customer Service leading by example
* Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
* Please note this role requires an element of manual handling

Eligibility
