What your day-to-day will look like: As General Manager, you will lead, recruit and develop high‑performing teams to deliver outstanding relationship‑centred care, while managing rotas, budgets, compliance, health and safety, quality standards and occupancy to ensure excellent outcomes for residents, families and the organisation What you can expect from us: A genuine positive working culture with like-minded individuals.
