About the role
Sytner Group has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager to join our management team at Bentley Manchester.
As a Sytner General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability of both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. You will create annual dealership sales forecasts and targets, and communicate these to the sales team.
You will also hire, monitor performance, and hold weekly sales meetings with department managers and executives, providing sales mentoring and support.
This is a full-time role, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
About you
The ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximize profitability across all sales areas is essential.
We seek someone with high standards, innovative ideas, and the ability to drive sales team performance to elevate our sales departments.
Candidates must have Sales Manager experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement.
