Job Description\n\nJob Title: Production Leader\n\nWorking Pattern: Shift work - 3 shift rotation\n\nWorking location: Winsford Onsite full time\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Leader to join us at Rolls-Royce Distributed Generation Systems (RRDGS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rolls-Royce based in Winsford UK. \n\nAs a Production Leader you will be responsible for leading, inspiring and coaching a Production team of Mechanical Fitters and Wiring Technicians within a defined manufacturing cell.
