This includes working with learners with Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, and those working below expected academic levels. We recognise that every learner is unique. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one Maths and English sessions tailored to individual SEN learning needs. Adapt lesson content, pace, and approach to support a range of learning styles and emotional needs. Support students in building subject knowledge, study skills, and confidence. Develop a positive and trusting relationship to create a safe, engaging learning environment. Track progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to parents, carers, or relevant professionals.
