About the Role

As a Reception Teacher, you'll be instrumental in shaping early learning experiences. You'll deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Imagine creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where curiosity blossoms, independence thrives, and every child feels valued, safe, and eager to learn. Your role will involve assessing progress, offering tailored support, and fostering a truly positive atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities:

* Cultivate a caring, inclusive classroom that champions social and emotional development.
* Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic child development.
* Implement effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Contribute actively to curriculum development and vibrant school community activities.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

We're looking for a Reception Teacher who possesses:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential! (Applications without QTS cannot be considered. If you're unsure, please consult the official UK government QTS guidance.)
* Experience or a specialist in Early Years Education is highly preferred.
* A genuine passion for early childhood development and a knack for creating inspiring learning experiences.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
* A patient, enthusiastic, and unwavering commitment to making a difference in young children's lives.
* The ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and work collaboratively with staff and families.

Why Join This School & Partner with Monarch Education?

Beyond the classroom, you'll benefit from:

* A supportive and friendly school environment that genuinely cares.
* Excellent opportunities for ongoing professional development to further your career.
* Being part of a dedicated team committed to high standards of education and pupil well-being.
* The incredible chance to influence and inspire young learners during a truly crucial stage of their development.

And by working with Monarch Education, you also get:

* Flexible working opportunities to suit your lifestyle.
* Access to Affinity Academy - our platform for continuous learning and development!
* Our generous Refer a Friend Scheme, offering you a bonus of up to £200.
* Exclusive access to vacancies within local schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.
* Competitive daily rates for your valuable expertise.
