Manage the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Oversee reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures to streamline processes.
Monitor and manage cash flow related to payables, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Prepare and present accounts payable reports to senior management as required.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements related to accounts payable.
Support the Accounting & Finance department with audits and other financial projects.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Manager should have:
