Online Vehicle Diagnostic Technician
Location: Nottingham (office based)
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (between £42,000-£45,000) rising to £55,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am – 5:15 pm (42.5 hours) NO WEEKENDS!!!

Role responsibilities:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using remote diagnostic tools through our portal.
* Provide technical support and repair advice to customers and their technicians via chat, mail, or phone.
* Interpret diagnostic codes and data, recommend corrective actions to achieve first‑contact fixes.
* Maintain equipment and software updates, and continuously learn new techniques and tools.
* Work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and best practices.
* Maintain accurate records of diagnostic procedures and outcomes.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service quality.
Requirements:
* PSA / Stellantis experience (essential).
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds qualification, or equivalent (highly preferred).
* Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and electrical components of vehicles.
* Proficiency in automotive diagnostic software and equipment.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as a team player with a solution‑oriented approach.
